Synopsis of Lecture:

Millennials, also known as Generation Y or the Net Generation, have emerged as one of the most influential factors in determining future business success thanks to their sheer numbers and passion for new technology. Workplace satisfaction matters more to them than the pursuit of money, and a good work-life balance is often considered essential.

Managers who understand the nuances of the millennial generation will be able to attract, motivate and retain the people they need for their businesses. This will result in individuals who are better engaged, more productive, less likely to leave and who will recommend your organisation to friends and followers on social media.

Join us at our workshop as we uncover the employee engagement drivers unique to millennials and learn how you can cultivate an environment which helps to attract, engage and retain them.
