Event Details:
Prof. Janet Beer, Vice-Chancellor of University of Liverpool, will examine the effect of flexible working practices on both men and women. She will also introduce recent research on the career trajectories of women academics in senior leadership roles and discuss action that might be taken to improve gender inequalities in higher education.
