Event Details:

The Institute of Environment, Energy and Sustainability (IEES) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong is hosting the “AGU Chapman Conference on Evolution of the Asian Monsoon and its Impact on Landscape, Environment and Society” from 14 to 18 June 2015 on CUHK campus. To bring the messages from the conference to a wider audience, IEES is co-organising a public forum with Civic Exchange on 19 June. Policymakers, business leaders and opinion leaders will discuss the challenges faced by Asian monsoon regions under the threat of climate change, as well as the mitigation and adaptation measures that could be taken in meeting such challenges.
